Luncheon Reservation

HWC Meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from September to May at the Heathrow Country Club.  Registration/Social Time begins at 11:00 a.m., the Meeting and Luncheon begin at 11:30 a.m. and the Program begins at 12:30 a.m.

The cost for the luncheon is $21.00 all inclusive (appetizer, entree, dessert, tea or coffee, tax and gratuity).  Payment is made the day of the luncheon in cash or by check payable to HWC (no credit cards accepted).

All reservations must be made no later than the Thursday before the meeting.

Cancellation Policy:  Anyone canceling a reservation on-line must do so no later than the Friday before the  meeting date by calling Martha Halcrow at 407- 328-9972.  If the reservation is not cancelled by that date and you are unable to attend, you will be billed the full cost of the luncheon.
